Macrotech Developers trades higher on the BSE
Macrotech Developers is currently trading at Rs. 905.50, up by 10.65 points or 1.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 894.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 890.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 917.65 and Rs. 890.10 respectively. So far 13462 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1191.00 on 28-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 711.00 on 24-Feb-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 964.85 and Rs. 881.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 43629.90 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.65% and 2.35% respectively.
Macrotech Developers has opened a training institute 'Lodha Development Centre' in Mumbai for engineers working in the company. The training centre, located in its township Lodha Upper Thane, will impart hands-on-training with a view to adopt latest technology, drive efficiency, and effectiveness.
The institute is set to kick-start with a three-month programme that will focus on technical areas. The module comprises of visits across factory and sites; interdepartmental and classroom sessions; and on-site demonstrations. Associates will be adept at solving various challenges and real onsite issues.
Macrotech Developers is primarily engaged in affordable residential real estate developments and in 2019, it entered into the development of logistics and industrial parks and also develop commercial real estate.
