MOIL zooms on reporting 60% growth in production of Manganese Ore in November
MOIL is currently trading at Rs. 169.55, up by 8.10 points or 5.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 161.45 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 164.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 172.00 and Rs. 163.95 respectively. So far 65887 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 198.95 on 05-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 137.30 on 20-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 172.00 and Rs. 158.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3450.09 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.68%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.89% and 17.42% respectively.
MOIL has registered a significant growth of 60% in production of Manganese Ore during the November month over October, 2022. Production of Manganese Ore stood at 1.2 lakh tonnes in November, 2022. On the sales front, MOIL has recorded a growth of 82% during the period over the previous month, in spite of challenging market conditions.
MOIL is the largest iron ore company in India and fifth largest in world. It currently operates seven underground mines (Kandri, Munsar, Beldongri, Gumgaon, Chikla, Balaghat and Ukwa mines) and three opencast mines (Dongri Buzurg, Sitapatore/Sukli, and Tirodi).
