La Tim Metal & Industries’ subsidiary -- La Tim Sourcing (India) is all set to sale Land Parcel of 417.4 Gunta situated at village Pali, Taluka- Sudhagarh, District- Raigarh, Maharashtra to IRA Latim Farm LLP (Purchaser) at the total consideration of Rs 7.56 crore to be received into 3-6 months period. The said fund to be utilized for the repayment of debt and working capital of the company.
