Kolte-Patil Developers is currently trading at Rs. 295.75, up by 33.25 points or 12.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 262.50 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 261.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 301.00 and Rs. 261.15 respectively. So far 78223 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 383.55 on 20-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 214.05 on 20-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 301.00 and Rs. 257.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2254.29 crore.

Kolte Patil Developers has sold 1.13 million square feet area during October- December 2022-23 (Q3FY23) as against 0.86 million square feet area in the year-ago period i.e. up by 31.40%. Sales value stood at Rs 716 crore in Q3FY23, rise by 27.63%, compared to Rs 561 crore in Q3FY22. The collections grew by 3% during Q3FY23 to Rs 435 crore as compared to Rs 421 crore in Q3FY22.
