Power Mech Projects surges on bagging orders worth Rs 625.21 crore

Power Mech Projects is currently trading at Rs. 4117.10, up by 67.55 points or 1.67 % from its previous closing of Rs. 4049.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4012.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4203.80 and Rs. 4012.05 respectively. So far 4768 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5062.25 on 31-Jul-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1335.50 on 13-Sep-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4289.55 and Rs. 4015.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6160.57 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.06% and 18.83% respectively.

Power Mech Projects has received orders worth Rs 625.21 crore. The first order is for operation and maintenance of 2x 91.2 MW including control room operation of CPP (Captive Power Plant) at Dariba, Udaipur, Rajasthan worth Rs 229.20 crore from Hindustan Zinc. The order is to be executed within 6 years.  

The second order is for erection, testing and commissioning assistance of boiler, turbine, generator for its project site for 2x600 MW Power Plant at Village Singhitarai, Chattisgarh (erstwhile known as Athena Chattisgarh) (ACPL) from Vedanta for Rs 396.01 crore. The order is to be executed within 18 months.
