Kings Infra Ventures is currently trading at Rs. 101.15, up by 2.05 points or 2.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 99.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 102.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 102.95 and Rs. 100.00 respectively. So far 1872 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 124.50 on 12-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 33.95 on 20-Dec-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 102.95 and Rs. 91.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 239.82 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.69%, while Non-Institutions held 28.31% stake in the company.

Kings Infra Ventures has raised Rs 60 lakh through allotment of 6000 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1000 each on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on December 05, 2022, allotted the Second tranche of Unlisted Secured redeemable non-convertibles debentures.
