Keystone Realtors has debuted at Rs 555.00 on the BSE, up by 14 points or 2.59% from its issue price of Rs 541.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 560.50, up by 19.50 points or 3.60% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 568.25 and Rs 555.00 respectively. So far 3.37 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between November 14, 2022 and November 16, 2022 was subscribed 2.01 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 541 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 514-541 apiece.
Keystone Realtors, doing business as Rustomjee, operates as a real estate company. The company builds and sells residential buildings such as single and multi-family homes, apartments, and condominiums, as well as constructs retail facilities and business parks.
