Dr Lal PathLabs Q3 net down 7% to Rs 54 cr,

revenue declines to Rs 489 cr: Dr Lal PathLabs on Thursday said its consolidated profit after tax declined 7 per cent to Rs 54 crore for the December quarter. The company had reported a net profit of Rs 58 crore in the October-December quarter of the previous fiscal. Revenue also declined to Rs 489 crore for the period under review as compared with Rs 497 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Titan Q3 profit falls 3.7% on tepid demand for jewellery, higher expenses:

Titan Company Ltd reported double digit revenue growth during the December quarter, driven by healthy consumer demand during the festive season. The company reported a standalone net profit of ?951 crore for third quarter, which is a decline of 3.7% over previous year period of ?987 crore. The jewellery division witnessed a total income of ?9,518 crore, an increase of 11% compared to the corresponding quarter of last year. The India business grew by 9% in the same period, backed by healthy consumer demand during the festive season. The Watches & Wearables section recorded a total income of ?811 crore, up 15% compared to Q3FY22. It recorded an EBIT of ?89 crore, clocking an EBIT margin of 11%.

Kalpataru Power Transmission receives orders worth Rs 2,456 crore:

Kalpataru Power Transmission and its international subsidiaries have bagged new orders worth Rs 2,456 crore. These orders include residential and commercial buildings construction projects in the country worth Rs 1,427 crore and T&D (Transmission and distribution) business orders worth Rs 498 crore in India and overseas markets, a company statement said. In the domestic market, the firm bagged railway projects worth Rs 299 crore and Oil & Gas pipeline projects worth 232 crore.

 

APL Apollo Tubes misses Q3 profit view on higher raw material costs:

Steel tube maker APL Apollo Tubes Ltd reported a smaller-thanexpected rise in quarterly profit on Thursday, hurt by higher raw material costs. The company said its consolidated profit rose 32% to 1.69 billion rupees ($20.61 million) for the third quarter ended Dec. 31, from 1.28 billion rupees a year earlier. Total revenue from operations climbed 34% to 43.27 billion rupees billion rupees, led by higher volumes at Apollo Structurals.
