Kalpataru Projects International inches up on getting nod to raise Rs 300 crore through NCDs

Kalpataru Projects International is currently trading at Rs.534.80, up by 0.15 points or 0.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 534.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 539.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 539.95 and Rs. 531.35 respectively. So far 2588 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 597.15 on 13-Mar-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 345.00 on 06-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 549.00 and Rs. 524.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8649.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.24%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.68% and 8.08% respectively.

Kalpataru Projects International has received approval for issuance of Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 300 crore on private placement basis. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 21, 2023 has approved the same.
