Kalpataru Power Transmission soars on bagging order worth Rs 2,290 crore

Kalpataru Power Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 367.70, up by 8.65 points or 2.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 359.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 369.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 370.15 and Rs. 364.20 respectively. So far 3332 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 495.95 on 03-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 332.30 on 11-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 370.15 and Rs. 348.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5346.59 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 41.10% and 7.32% respectively.

Kalpataru Power Transmission & its international subsidiaries has secured new orders / notification of awards of Rs 2,290 crore at consolidated level. Out of which, order of Rs 1,416 crore received from international markets in the power transmission business and order of Rs 874 crore bagged for construction of elevated viaduct & five elevated stations of Kanpur Metro Rail Project, civil works for a data centre and B&F projects in India.
