KSB rises on planning to sell compressors technology to eligible bidder under e-Auction

KSB is currently trading at Rs. 2183.95, up by 14.00 points or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 2169.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2217.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2217.95 and Rs. 2174.05 respectively. So far 301 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2356.85 on 09-May-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1285.85 on 22-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2217.95 and Rs. 2124.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7627.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.88% and 19.42% respectively.

KSB is planning to sell the technology for Compressors -designs, drawings, process descriptions etc. bought from Bharat Pumps and Compressors (BPCL), since the core business of the Company is into Pumps, Valves and related services. The said technology for Compressors will be sold to the eligible bidder under the e-Auction duly conducted by the Company.
