Jindal Stainless issues 4-year bonds - traders
India's Jindal Stainless raised 990 million rupees ($12.09 million) through a sale of bonds maturing in four years, three merchant bankers said on Thursday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 8.62% to the investors of this issue, they said.
The notes are rated AA- by CRISIL and the issue closed for subscription on Wednesday.
