JMC Projects posts Q4 net profit of Rs 60.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 60.09 crore compared to net loss of Rs 34.38 crore in the previous year quarter. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.68 per cent at Rs 1,348.64 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 938.64 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.10 per cent to Rs 1,213.42 crore from Rs 911.65 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 30.83 per cent at Rs 10.82 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 8.27 crore). Operating Profit surged by 401.00 per cent to Rs 135.22 crore as against Rs 26.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 248.26 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 17.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 27.93 crore, while Taxation increased by 701.59 per cent at Rs 20.12 crore (Mar'20 Rs 2.51 crore).
