JMC Projects zooms on getting nod to raise Rs 75 crore through NCDs
JMC Projects is currently trading at Rs. 108.65, up by 4.85 points or 4.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 103.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 102.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 109.80 and Rs. 102.85 respectively. So far 32926 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 117.35 on 19-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 65.00 on 11-May-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.30 and Rs. 91.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1826.81 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.40% and 11.84% respectively.
JMC Projects has received approval to raise Rs 75 crore through issuance of 750 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 10 lakh each divided in Series A Debentures and Series B Debentures on private placement basis. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2022 has approved the same.
