Invesco AMC announces Change in risk-o-meter of Corporate Bond Fund
Invesco Asset Management company (AMC) has informed that pursuant to SEBI Circular vide reference no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020 regarding Product Labeling in Mutual Fund schemes - Risk-o-meter, the risk profiling of Invesco India Corporate Bond Fund (the scheme) of Invesco Mutual Fund stands modified. The risk-o-meter of Invesco India Corporate Bond Fund (an open-ended debt scheme predominantly investing in AA+ and above rated corporate bonds with relatively high interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk) stands revised from existing ‘Low to Moderate to ‘Moderate’. The above change in Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s portfolio as on February 28, 2023 and is applicable with immediate effect.
Pursuant to above change, necessary change will be carried out at relevant places in Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of the above-mentioned Scheme. All other terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Scheme will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID / KIM of the above-mentioned Scheme as amended from time to time.
