 Interakt, a leading provider of conversational commerce solutions, successfully hosted the 6th edition of their flagship event, WhatsApp on Wheels (WoW), at Taj Santacruz in Mumbai. This event brought together 250+ market leaders, industry experts, and D2C brand owners, providing them with valuable insights into the power of WhatsApp in driving business growth.

WhatsApp on Wheels is an exclusive event series organized by Interakt, aimed at empowering Indian D2C brands and startup founders with the latest advancements in conversational commerce. This edition marked a homecoming for the event, after having successful editions in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Jakarta.

Attendees were treated to an engaging and informative program, featuring industry experts and thought leaders who shared insights on the transformative power of WhatsApp in the business landscape.

The evening featured an expert session on Click to WhatsApp Ads and how they are revolutionizing the way brands acquire new customers and drive conversions. This was followed by the real-life case studies of three brands’, Hair Originals, BWT Experiences, & Creative Dukaan, using Click to WhatsApp Ads via interakt.

Mr. Kushal Soni, Co-founder of Creative Dukaan, who was part of the stellar speaker lineup, shared his experience with using Click to WhatsApp Ads, "Our decision to implement CTWA ads and create a personalized reply-based flow has been a game-changer for Creative Dukaan. Moreover, the audience had early access to Interakt’s other new & upcoming launches, updates, and future strategies directly from the experts at Interakt. The company has stated that by 2023, they hope to service 10,000+ retailers, 50,000 merchants by 2024, and one million customers by 2027.
