Indoco Remedies zooms on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company in UK

Indoco Remedies is currently trading at Rs. 369.05, up by 21.80 points or 6.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 347.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 352.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 377.70 and Rs. 349.00 respectively. So far 23741 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 529.70 on 12-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 273.90 on 24-Mar-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 379.90 and Rs. 344.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3431.22 crore.

Indoco Remedies has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Indoco Remedies UK’ for selling & distribution of Pharmaceutical Formulations in the UK. Indoco Remedies UK Limited is incorporated in UK under the Companies Act, 2006 and registered with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales. The company is yet to commence its business operations.

Indoco Remedies is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of formulations (finished dosage forms) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in India.
