India's retail inflation accelerates to five-month high of 7.41% y/y
India's annual retail inflation accelerated to 7.41% in September, the fastest pace in five months, driven by a rise in food prices, government data showed on Wednesday.
Analysts in a Reuters poll had predicted annual inflation of 7.3% in September, compared with 7% in the previous month.
