Indiamart Intermesh inches up as its arm to sell stake in Instant Procurement

Indiamart Intermesh is currently trading at Rs. 4800.00, up by 4.20 points or 0.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 4795.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4750.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4835.00 and Rs. 4750.05 respectively. So far 4625 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 7925.20 on 17-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3676.05 on 06-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4835.00 and Rs. 4576.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14725.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 30.24% and 20.54% respectively.

Indiamart Intermesh’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Tradezeal Online has agreed to sell 4,850 equity shares of Instant Procurement (ProcMart) amounting to around Rs 13.62 crore. Consequent to the above transaction and subscription of shares by the new investors in ProcMart, the shareholding of Tradezeal shall be 19.5% on fully diluted basis.
