Puravankara shines after its sales value rises 21% in Q4FY23
Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 77.83, up by 2.12 points or 2.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 75.71 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 74.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 79.72 and Rs. 74.35 respectively. So far 42650 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 116.35 on 12-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 59.35 on 28-Mar-2023.

Puravankara has reported sales value of Rs 1,007 crore in Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 831 crore in Q4FY22, i.e. up by 21%. In Q3FY23, sales value stood at Rs 796 crore. The company's sales bookings in volume terms rose 2% to 1.21 million square feet during Q4FY23, from 1.19 million square feet in Q4FY22. In FY23, its sales value stood at Rs 3,107 crore as compared to Rs 2,407 crore in the year ago period, i.e. up by 29%, while sales volume rose by 14% to 4.00 million square feet from 3.52 million square feet during FY22.
