Ind-Swift touches roof on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company

Ind-Swift is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 9.58, up by 0.45 points or 4.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 9.13 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 9.53 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.58 and Rs. 9.53 respectively. So far 550 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.76 on 12-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 4.70 on 19-Jul-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 11.80 and Rs. 8.53 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 51.46 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.58% and Non-Institutions held 44.42%.

Ind-Swift has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Republic of Kenya under the name of ‘Indswift India’ on May 13, 2022. The object of setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in the Republic of Kenya is to facilitate the promotion of the Company's products in Kenya. 100% shareholding owned by Ind Swift.
