Ind Renewable Energy touches roof on getting nod to raise funds up to Rs 15 crore

Ind Renewable Energy is currently trading at its upper limit of Rs. 13.47, up by 0.64 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.83 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.47 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.47 and Rs. 13.05 respectively. So far 77660 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 16.08 on 14-Oct-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.94 on 24-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 13.47 and Rs. 10.17 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4.08 crore.

Ind Renewable Energy has received an approval to raise the fund up to Rs 15 crore by way of issue of share on preference basis/ Right issue. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 22, 2023, approved the same.
