ITC trades in green as its hospitality arm inks pact with Jolle Hospitality

ITC is currently trading at Rs. 340.75, up by 1.00 points or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 339.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 339.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 340.85 and Rs. 339.25 respectively. So far 58050 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 361.90 on 11-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 207.00 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 344.75 and Rs. 334.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 422323.20 crore.

The Institutions holding in the company stood at 85.10% and Non-Institutions held 14.88%.

ITC’s hospitality arm -- ITC Hotels has partnered with Jolle Hospitality for a 116-room hotel in Belagavi in a bid to expand its footprint in south India. The hotel, spread over more than 5 acres, is currently under construction and is likely to be completed by 2024. It will be named ITC WelcomHotel Belagavi.

Located in the industrial area of Kakti, off NH-4 on the Pune-Bengaluru highway, the property is just 10 kilometers from the popular tourist spot Belagavi fort and easily accessible from India's first private aerospace special economic zone (24 kilometers), and Belagavi Airport (20 kilometres).

ITC has business a interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agribusiness,  packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
