IRB Infrastructure Developers gains after its arm achieves financial closure for Tamil Nadu project

IRB Infrastructure Developers is currently trading at Rs. 213.05, up by 0.70 points or 0.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 212.35 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 210.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 213.30 and Rs. 200.00 respectively. So far 62103 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 346.95 on 25-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 105.90 on 28-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 222.05 and Rs. 191.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12567.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 34.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 54.93% and 11.05% respectively.

IRB Infrastructure Developers’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Chittoor Thachur Highway has achieved financial closure for the project of development of six laning of Chittoor-Thachur road from km. 96.040 (Pondavakkam) to km. 116.100 (Kannigaipair) on Hybrid Annuity mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Tamil Nadu (Package-IV). NHAI bid project cost is Rs 652.49 crore and the company's bid project cost is Rs 909 crore.
