INOX Leisure rises on acquiring remaining stake in Shouri Properties

INOX Leisure is currently trading at Rs. 385.20, up by 0.65 points or 0.17% from its previous closing of Rs. 384.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 380.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 386.20 and Rs. 380.00 respectively. So far 5356 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 466.10 on 08-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 241.90 on 19-Apr-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 401.75 and Rs. 373.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4700.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.63%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.44% and 13.94% respectively.

INOX Leisure has acquired remaining stake in its subsidiary company – Shouri Properties (SPPL) from the shareholders of SPPL, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

SPPL is a subsidiary of the Company in which the Company was holding 99.29% stake prior to this acquisition. Subsequent to acquisition of the shares of SPPL by the Company, SPPL will become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Remaining stake i.e. 10,000 equity shares of SPPL are  acquired at a cost of Rs 1 lakh at face value.
