ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of certain schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) for changes in scheme benchmark nomenclature.

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF) informed that pursuant to communication received from CRISIL, the benchmark nomenclature of the following schemes of the Fund shall change with effect from April 3, 2023.

The Benchmark for ICICI Prudential Overnight Fund is revised from existing ‘CRISIL Overnight Fund A-I Index’ to ‘CRISIL Liquid Overnight Index’, ICICI Prudential Liquid Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Liquid Fund B-I Index’ to ‘CRISIL Liquid Debt B-I Index’, ICICI Prudential Money Market Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Money Market Fund B-I Index’ to ‘CRISIL Money Market B-I Index’, ICICI Prudential Ultra Short-Term Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Ultra Short Duration Fund B-I Index’ to ‘CRISIL Ultra Short Duration Debt B-I Index’, ICICI Prudential Savings Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Low Duration Fund B-I Index’ to ‘CRISIL Low Duration Debt B-I Index’, ICICI Prudential Bond Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Medium to Long Duration Fund A-III Index’ to ‘CRISIL Medium to Long Duration Debt A-III Index’, ICICI Prudential Corporate Bond Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Corporate Bond Fund B-II Index’ to ‘CRISIL Corporate Bond B-II Index’, ICICI Prudential Credit Risk Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Credit Risk Fund C-II Index’ to ‘CRISIL Credit Risk Debt C-II Index’, ICICI Prudential Medium Term Bond Fund it revised from ‘CRISIL Medium Duration Fund B-III Index’ to ‘CRISIL Medium Duration Debt B-III Index’, ICICI Prudential Debt Management Fund (FOF) it revised from ‘CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index to ‘CRISIL Composite Bond Index’, ICICI Prudential Income Optimizer Fund (FOF) it revised from ‘NIFTY 50 TRI (35%) + CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index (65%)’ to ‘NIFTY 50 TRI (35%) + CRISIL Composite Bond Index (65%)’, ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan - Series 74 - 9 Years Plan U it revised from ‘CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index’ to ‘CRISIL Composite Bond Index’ and the ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan - Series 85 - 10 Years Plan I the benchmark is revised from existing ‘CRISIL Composite Bond Fund Index’ to ‘CRISIL Composite Bond Index’.

All the other provisions of the SID/KIM/addenda except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM/ addenda of the above scheme, as amended from time to time.
