ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced changes in Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020 with respect to Product Labeling in Mutual Fund schemes- the risk-o-meters of the following schemes of MF stands revised as follows: For the ICICI Prudential Banking & PSU Debt Fund - Revised risk-o-meter is Moderate, for the ICICI Prudential Liquid Fund & ICICI Prudential Nifty SDL Sep 2026 Index Fund - Revised risk-o-meter is Low to Moderate and for the ICICI Prudential Income Optimizer Fund (FOF) - Revised risk-o-meter is Moderately high. The Risk-o-meters are based on evaluation of risk level of the portfolios of the Schemes of the Fund as on January 31, 2023.
All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, as amended from time to time.
