ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF).
ICICI Prudential MF has informed that AMC is opening its Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) at the below mentioned address with effect from April 21, 2023. Address: Office no. 102, First Floor, Sai Kiran Apartments, Plot no 217, 11th Road, Central Avenue, Chembur, Mumbai - 400071.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
