ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced changes in Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the schemes (‘the Schemes’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (‘the Fund’).
Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF3/CIR/P/2020/197 dated October 05, 2020, ICICI Prudential Asset Management (AMC) announced, with respect to Product Labeling in Mutual Fund Schemes-Risk-o-meter, it has attached the revised Risk-o-meters for the ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 83-1100 Days Plan X, ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan-Series 83-1110 Days Plan T, ICICI Prudential Income Optimizer Fund (FOF), ICICI Prudential Flexicap Fund and ICICI Prudential Regular Savings Fund.
All the other provisions of the SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
