ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has informed that the Board of Directors of ICICI Prudential Trust, Trustee to ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has approved appointment of Citi Bank N.A, having its office at Trent House, 3rd Floor, G-60, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai-400051 as the Fund Accountant for ICICI Prudential Passive Multi-Asset Fund of Funds (the scheme). Citi Bank N.A shall provide Fund accounting, NAV calculation and other related services in accordance with Fund Administration Agreement between ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company and Citi Bank N.A.
