ICICI Prudential Asset Management (AMC) announced that, Seck Wai Kwong (bearing DIN: 02349794) has been appointed as Director on the Board of Directors of the AMC with effect from June 15, 2021. Seck Wai Kwong is an Associate Director. The details of Seck Wai Kwong are enclosed.
All the other provisions of the SAI except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
