ICICI Pru AMC announces Discontinuation of Value Systematic Transfer Plan Facility of all open-ended scheme

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced changes in Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/Key Information Memoranda (KIMs) of all open-ended schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund where Value Systematic Transfer Plan Facility (Value STP) is available.
AS per the announcement, fresh enrolment under Value STP under all frequency shall be discontinued with immediate effect.
All the other provisions of the SIDs/KIMs/addenda of the Schemes except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
