With respect to Addendum No. 007/06/2021 dated June 09, 2021 pertaining to Merger of ICICI Prudential Value Fund-Series 20 (Merging Scheme) and ICICI Prudential Value Discovery Fund (Surviving Scheme). ICICI Prudential Asset Management (AMC) announced that July 21, 2021 shall be a Non-Business Day on account of Bakri Id (Id-Ul-Zuha). As per provisions of the Scheme Information Document of the Merging Scheme – ‘If the maturity date falls on a non-business day, the day immediately following business day will be considered as the maturity date for the scheme’. Thus, revised maturity date shall be July 22, 2021. The revised effective date of Merger shall be closure of business hours of July 22, 2021. All other provisions of Addendum No. 007/06/2021 dated June 09, 2021 shall remain unchanged.
All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
