ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Fixed Maturity Plan (FMP) - Series 88 - Plan U (the Scheme).
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed about changes in the intended asset allocation of the Scheme. The Scheme will have exposure to CD, CP, NCD, Government Securities (including SDLs)/ Treasury Bills and Tri-party Repo/ Reverse Repos in Government Securities/Units of Debt or Liquid mutual fund schemes.
All the other provisions of the SID/KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM of the aforesaid Scheme of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
