ICICI Pru AMC announces Change in creation of unit size under Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank ETF
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of ICICI Prudential Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank ETF (the Schemes).
As per the announcement, Creation Unit Size of ICICI Prudential Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank ETF, revised as follows. The Existing creation unit Size is 140,000 while, Revised creation unit size is 400,000. Provisions related to allotment are as follows: The Existing provision: The allotment price of the Scheme will be computed based on 1/100th of the closing price of the underlying index i.e. Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank Index while, Revised provision: The allotment price of the Scheme will be computed based on 1/1000th of the closing price of the underlying index i.e. Nifty Financial Services Ex-Bank Index.
All the other provisions of the SID/KIM/addenda of the Scheme, except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID/KIM of the Scheme, as amended from time to time.
