ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (MF).
ICICI Prudential MF has informed that the Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) of Computer Age Management Services (CAMS), the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Fund located at CAMS Service Center Advisor Chowmuhani (Ground Floor), Krishnanagar, Agartala, Tripura (West), Pin - 799001 is shifting to new premises with effect from January 1, 2023. New address: CAMS Service Center Nibedita, 1st Floor, JB Road, Palace Compound, Agartala, Near Babuana Tea and Snacks, Tripura (West), Pin -799001.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
