Home First Finance falls as Bessemer India Capital divests 7.75% stake of the company

Home First Finance Company India is currently trading at Rs. 675.55, down by 3.05 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 678.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 664.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 679.20 and Rs. 654.85 respectively. So far 31813 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1004.40 on 16-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 652.25 on 14-Nov-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 752.50 and Rs. 654.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5868.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 33.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.90% and 50.58% respectively.

Bessemer India Capital Holdings II has sold 7.75 per cent stake in Home First Finance Company India for over Rs 467 crore through an open market transaction. Bessemer India Capital Holdings II is an affiliate of US-based venture capital company Bessemer Venture Partners.

According to the bulk deal data available with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bessemer India Capital Holdings II sold a total of 68,11,313 shares, amounting to 7.75 per cent stake in the company. The shares were disposed at an average price of Rs 686.07 apiece, taking the transaction value at Rs 467.30 crore.
