Hindustan Construction Company is currently trading at Rs. 13.68, up by 0.91 points or 7.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 12.77 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 12.78 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 14.04 and Rs. 12.78 respectively. So far 2938328 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 22.70 on 20-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.54 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.73 and Rs. 12.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2081.93 crore.

Hindustan Construction Company’s (HCC) wholly owned subsidiary -- HCC Concessions has completed sale of Baharampore-Farakka Highways (BFHL). HCC Concessions has transferred 100% stake held in BFHL to Cube Highways and Infrastructure V (Cube) at an enterprise valuation of Rs 1,323 crore, which includes SPV debt of Rs 646 crore. With this, BFHL has ceased to be subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 28, 2023.
