Himatsingka Seide gains on planning to raise funds upto $13 million
Himatsingka Seide is currently trading at Rs. 92.70, up by 0.40 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 92.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 95.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 95.50 and Rs. 92.10 respectively. So far 17031 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 283.45 on 10-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 88.00 on 26-Sep-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 97.70 and Rs. 92.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 917.62 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.57%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.73% and 40.71% respectively.
Himatsingka Seide is planning to raise funds not exceeding $13 million (Equivalent to approximately Rs 108 crore) by way of issuance of inter alia equity shares, foreign currency convertible bonds, global depository receipts, American depository receipts and/ or any other instruments convertible into equity shares. The company is also planning to issue non-convertible debentures for an amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore, to identified investors.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on December 15, 2022 to consider and approve the same.
Himatsingka Seide is an integrated global textile major that designs, develops, manufactures, distributes and retails a suite of textile products.
