HDFC rises on reporting 15% rise in Q3 consolidated net profit

Housing Development Finance Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 2648.30, up by 35.50 points or 1.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 2612.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2633.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2649.80 and Rs. 2612.90 respectively. So far 4602 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2855.35 on 04-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2026.55 on 17-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2726.15 and Rs. 2592.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 477298.01 crore.

Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has reported rise of 13.19% in its net profit at Rs 3690.80 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 3260.69 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company increased by 29.30% to Rs 15246.81 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 11792.21 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 14.74% in its net profit at Rs 7077.91 crore for Q3FY23 as compared to Rs 6168.58 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 31.67% to Rs 41223.06 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 31307.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
