HDFC Mutual Fund files offer document for Long Term Debt Fund

HDFC Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended debt scheme named ‘HDFC Long Term Debt Fund ‘. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load  will be nil and Exit load of  1.00%  is  payable  if  Units  are  redeemed  / switched-out  within  1  year  from  the  date  of  allotment  of units;  No Exit Load is payable if units are redeemed / switched-out after 1 year from the date of allotment. The scheme offers growth and dividend options for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 20 crore.

 

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by Nifty Long Duration Debt Fund Index. The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and any amount thereafter.

 

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income / capital appreciation through investments in debt and money market instruments.
