HDFC Bank surges on raising Rs 3000 crore through bonds
HDFC Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1496.00, up by 13.80 points or 0.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 1482.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1486.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1499.00 and Rs. 1482.50 respectively. So far 161053 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1724.30 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1271.75 on 17-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1506.50 and Rs. 1466.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 831460.84 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 25.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 59.58% and 14.69% respectively.
HDFC Bank has raised Rs 3000 crore through Unsecured, Subordinated, Fully Paid-Up, Non-Convertible, Basel III Compliant Perpetual Debt Instruments in the nature of debentures for inclusion in Additional Tier I Capital and allotted 7.84%, 3000 bonds of face value Rs 1 crore each.
