HCL Technologies rises on acquiring 51% stake in Gesellschaft fur Banksysteme
HCL Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1291.25, up by 5.95 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 1285.30 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1291.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1298.75 and Rs. 1281.80 respectively. So far 62033 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1377.00 on 24-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 890.00 on 24-Feb-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1342.75 and Rs. 1277.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 350686.94 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.33%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 34.79% and 4.88% respectively.
HCL Technologies has completed the acquisition of 51 per cent stake in German IT consulting company Gesellschaft fur Banksysteme GmbH (GBS). In December, HCL Technologies had announced that it will acquire 51 per cent stake in GBS. The total purchase price of the transaction is 99,000 euros (about Rs 84.4 lakh).
