HCG moves up on entering into Business Transfer Agreement with Radiant Hospital Services

HealthCare Global Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 298.40, up by 7.80 points or 2.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 290.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 297.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 299.20 and Rs. 287.90 respectively. So far 9386 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 312.80 on 18-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 201.80 on 24-Jun-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 299.95 and Rs. 262.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4073.17 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 71.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 12.85% and 15.73% respectively.

HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG) has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Radiant Hospital Services on June 23, 2022, for the acquisition of its radiation therapy centre, along with its assets located at Sambalpur, Odisha. The cost of acquisition of the Business Undertaking is Rs 16 crore.

The transaction is a part of the company’s initiative to focus on integrated end-to-end Oncology scale-up. Radiant Hospital Services operates in the same industry in which the Company operates. The consummation of transaction under the BTA is expected to be completed on or before July 31, 2022 or such later date agreed among the parties, in writing.

HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG) is Bangalore based provider of speciality healthcare in India focused on cancer and fertility. It operates the largest cancer care network in India in terms of the total number of private cancer treatment centres licensed. It also operates fertility centres under the ‘Milann’ brand.
