The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 221.66 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 34.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 534.04 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 70.01 per cent at Rs 1,141.48 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 671.42 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.61 per cent to Rs 791.12 crore from Rs 574.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.28 per cent at Rs 6.99 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 8.88 crore). Operating Profit surged by 263.07 per cent to Rs 350.36 crore as against Rs 96.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 113.57 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 86.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 369.20 per cent at Rs 82.25 crore (Mar'21 Rs 17.53 crore).
