Gradiente Infotainment touches roof on launching Business News Channel
Gradiente Infotainment is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 7.00, up by 0.33 points or 4.95% from its previous closing of Rs. 6.67 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 6.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 7.00 and Rs. 6.99 respectively. So far 35077 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'XT' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 9.68 on 14-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.65 on 08-Jul-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 7.06 and Rs. 6.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 15.76 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 8.24%, while Non-Institutions held 91.76% stake in company.
Gradiente Infotainment (Gradiente) has launched its Business News Channel, 'Gradiente Business' at a project outlay of Rs 700 crore, as a part of its internet business. Gradiente Business shall act as a platform for Indian and other global corporates, SMEs, Scientific Research organizations, etc., enabling global market perspectives. This channel shall cater to, Publicity activities, Investor & Press Conferences, Round Table meetings, Current Affairs, Interviews with Leading Business Heads and Heads of Governments, etc.
The entire expansion is likely to be funded partly by private placement, preferential allotment, debt & ADRs. Currently, Gradiente is actively traded on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The company completed its first round of funding by way of preferential allotment of 19,357,600 equity shares Rs 10 per share, thereby increasing its authorized capital to 42,000,000 shares & paid-up equity to 41,875,000 shares.
