Godrej Properties trades higher on acquiring land parcel to develop luxury project in Mumbai
Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 1521.45, up by 13.70 points or 0.91% from its previous closing of Rs. 1507.75 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1508.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1523.00 and Rs. 1498.80 respectively. So far 168228 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2598.00 on 14-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1130.20 on 20-Jun-2022.

Godrej Properties has acquired land parcel to develop a luxury project near Carmichael Road, an upmarket residential area in Mumbai. Spread across approximately 0.5 acres, the site is located at one of India’s most prestigious and sought after residential locations. The land was purchased from the Karam Chand Thapar (KCT) group.
