Godrej Agrovet gains as its Crop Protection Business launches PYNA
Godrej Agrovet is currently trading at Rs. 427.65, up by 5.70 points or 1.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 421.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 430.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 431.90 and Rs. 425.70 respectively. So far 3525 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 560.00 on 13-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 391.20 on 28-Mar-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 447.20 and Rs. 415.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8269.71 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.71% and 11.22% respectively.
Godrej Agrovet's (GAVL) Crop Protection Business has launched PYNA, an umbrella brand for sustainable cotton production. A pioneer in establishing the concept of selective cotton herbicides in different markets, GAVL will be selling three of its cotton weed management products Hitweed, Hitweed Maxx, and Maxxcott under PYNA brand.
