Global Surfaces lists with 16.43% premium on the BSE
Global Surfaces has debuted at Rs 163.00 on the BSE, up by 23 points or 16.43% from its issue price of Rs 140.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 160.10, up by 20.10 points or 14.36% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 171.15 and Rs 156.30 respectively. So far 3.37 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between March 13, 2023 and March 15, 2023 was subscribed 12.21 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 140 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 133-140 apiece.
Global Surfaces is engaged in the business of processing natural stones and manufacturing engineered quartz.
