Global Surfaces has filed draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its initial public offering (IPO). The equity shares of the company will be listed on the BSE and NSE.
Funds raised through fresh issuance of equity shares will be used for setting up the company's proposed facility -- Global Surfaces FZE-- in Dubai. Unistone Capital is the sole book-running lead manager for the issue.
Global Surfaces is engaged in the business of processing natural stones and manufacturing engineered quartz.
